The Éiriú Eolas program, method, and related instructional content were created by Laura Knight-Jadczyk. Rights in the program and its content are held by Laura Knight-Jadczyk and FOTCM Inc (and as otherwise associated with Cassiopaea.org materials). All rights reserved.
This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application handles information. It does not transfer ownership of the Éiriú Eolas program, audio, video, texts, trademarks, or other protected materials. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of the program content outside the licensed App is prohibited.
3. Summary
The App is designed to work on your device. It does not require you to create an account, and it does not operate a developer-run cloud service that stores your personal profile, health records, or practice history on our servers.

We do not intentionally collect, sell, or share:

4.2 Information stored only on your device
The App may store limited preferences on your device so the experience works as expected, for example:

This information stays on your device unless you back up your device with Apple (or another backup service) under your own account settings.
4.3 Language and system settings
The App may display Spanish or English based on your device language settings. That choice is read from the system and is not uploaded to us.
5. Purchases and payments
If you buy the App or any in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple (or Google, for Android) under their terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited sales reports (for example, units sold by country) that do not identify you personally in the same way a user account would.

The App may open external links, such as a Donate page hosted by PayPal or another payment provider. When you leave the App, the privacy practices of that website or service apply—not this policy. We encourage you to review their privacy notices.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 as a social or data-collecting service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Wellness content should be used with appropriate adult judgment.
8. Health disclaimer
The App provides educational and wellness guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns. Some practices (for example, bio-energetic / round breathing) may be unsuitable for certain conditions; follow on-screen notices in the App.
9. Data security
Because personal data is not collected on our servers for core App use, there is no developer-operated user database to secure. Device-level security depends on your device passcode, biometric lock, and OS updates.
10. Your choices
- You can stop using the App at any time.
- You can delete the App, which removes App data stored in the App container (subject to any device backups you keep).
- You can change system language settings that affect localization.
- You can manage App Store subscriptions/purchases in your Apple ID settings.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
